Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting JD Photography Store. Because every piece is a unique work of art printed on demand just for you, our fulfillment process involves both production time and shipping time.

1. Fulfillment Partner

We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand and fulfillment network, to produce and ship your custom-made prints. This allows us to deliver high-quality products while minimizing waste.

2. Fulfillment (Production) Time

Every order goes through a production stage before it is shipped.

Stage	Duration	Notes
Order Processing	1–3 Business Days	Orders are sent to the nearest Gelato print partner.
Production Time	2–5 Business Days	This is the time required to print, frame, and quality-check your custom product.

Total estimated time before shipping: 3–8 Business Days (excluding weekends/holidays).

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once fulfillment is complete, the order is handed off to a shipping carrier. Shipping time depends on the destination and the production location (as Gelato produces orders locally to speed up delivery).

Note on Total Time: Please add the estimated Fulfillment Time (3–8 days) to the estimated Shipping Time to get a realistic delivery window.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and delivery destination.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by our partners at Gelato. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's website.

6. International Orders & Customs

JD Photography Store is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes that may be levied by the destination country. These charges are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
