JD Photography Store: Final Sale & Resolution Policy
At JD Photography Store, all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand just for you. As such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the single exception of products that arrive damaged or are incorrectly produced.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale Policy.
FINAL SALE POLICY

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

No Exchanges: We do not process exchanges. If an exception is made for a qualified issue, we will replace the item, not exchange it for a different product.

No Refunds for Non-Faulty Items: All refund and return clauses in the general consumer law that pertain to change of mind are waived, as our products are considered custom-made and personalized items.
DAMAGES, ISSUES, AND EXCEPTIONS
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damages and Issues (Required by Law)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@jdphotographystore.com if an item is:

Defective: The print is incorrect, blurred, or has a manufacturing fault.

Damaged: The product was broken or damaged during shipping.

Wrong Item: You received a product or size that is different from what you ordered.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) if a replacement is not possible.
How to Report an Issue
To start a claim, please send an email to support@jdphotographystore.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number.

A clear description of the defect or damage.

Photographs of the product, the defect, and the shipping box (if damaged).
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMER NOTICE
This section is non-negotiable and required by EU law:
Notwithstanding our Final Sale Policy, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Since every print from JD Photography Store is custom-made upon order, your purchase is excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period. Your rights are limited to a replacement or refund only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
REFUNDS (Only for Approved Damage Claims)
If a refund is approved due to damage or defect, we will notify you and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
